Field Notes #2: Introducing ReadyGetGrow
About a month ago, I shared that I was stepping away from corporate to go all in on building something new.
Today, I’m excited to finally share the name, first version of the website, and explainer video for what I’ve been building.
Website: readygetgrow.com

The vision behind ReadyGetGrow is to help service businesses respond faster, follow through more consistently, and reduce missed opportunities by helping keep customer operations moving automatically behind the scenes.
One of the most exciting parts of the system is the conversational AI experience acting as the primary front door for the business across calls, texts, and email. This isn’t a basic answering service or chatbot. The goal is for it to feel like a highly intelligent virtual front office employee that actually understands HVAC businesses — handling real customer conversations naturally, helping qualify opportunities, book appointments, answer questions, and keep communication moving even after-hours.
ReadyGetGrow is also designed to help automatically coordinate scheduling, reminders, follow-through, responsiveness, payments, review requests, and repeat customer engagement as part of one connected customer journey.
We’re starting with HVAC and home services because responsiveness, follow-through, and customer trust matter deeply in these businesses, but the long-term vision is much broader.
Over the last month, I’ve been deep in workflows, automation logic, voice systems, onboarding infrastructure, and customer journey design. Getting to a true MVP has taken longer than I expected, but it’s been really exciting seeing everything start to come together.
We’ve also officially opened Priority Access for a small group of early HVAC businesses who want early access to the platform, preferred early pricing opportunities, and the ability to help shape where things go from here.
I'm really excited about where this is headed.
If you know any strong HVAC owners/operators — or anyone in the home service space I should meet — I’d really appreciate the introduction.
