SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, customer communications, support updates, and other service related notifications to individuals who engage with Ready Get Grow LLC through our website, forms, conversational experiences, scheduling tools, or other communication channels and explicitly opt in to receive SMS notifications.

Opt in is collected through the ReadyGetGrow website chat widget, website forms, onboarding experiences, and other direct communication channels where users voluntarily provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive customer care and operational communications.

Messages may include support responses, onboarding communications, appointment coordination, scheduling updates, service notifications, and customer care communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel SMS services at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you messages.

Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
